How Neurodivergent Coaching Can Support You

Neurodiversity Advodate / Neurodivergent Affirming

ADHD Coaching

ADHD coaching equips you with practical tools to thrive. ADHD often brings challenges like:

  • Difficulties with planning and prioritizing,
  • Struggles with emotional regulation, and
  • Issues with time management.

Together, we’ll create a personalized toolkit to help you manage these challenges, build confidence, and improve self-esteem.

AuDHD Coaching

Living with both ADHD and Autism can feel like a constant balancing act. You might:

  • Crave order but struggle with consistency,
  • Overcommit and feel overwhelmed, or
  • Experience burnout from trying to do it all.

Through coaching, we’ll navigate these contradictions, build resilience, and embrace your unique strengths.

Autistic-Affirming Coaching

I believe all neurodivergent brains are valuable and capable. My approach is:

  • Strengths-based, focusing on your unique abilities,
  • Supportive of self-compassion and self-care practices, and
  • A space where you can fully be yourself, without masking or conforming to neurotypical norms.

What Is Neurodivergent Coaching?

Neurodivergent coaching is a personalized, collaborative process tailored to your unique needs. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll focus on:

  • Building self-understanding and resilience,
  • Forming habits that work for you, and
  • Making meaningful changes to help you thrive.

My goal is to help you bounce back from challenges, develop emotional regulation, and view yourself with compassion.
